1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and Volition International Inc. ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), governing your access to and use of DoTheThingAlready.com and the associated 90-day guided action program (the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

DoTheThingAlready is a 90-day guided action system designed to help users define, start, and make meaningful progress on a personal or creative project. The Service includes a Day 1 onboarding exercise, daily AI-powered check-ins, a library of coaching videos, a project workspace, milestone tracking, and email and/or SMS reminders. The Service is a digital self-guided program — it is not therapy, professional coaching, or a substitute for professional advice of any kind.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

4. Account Registration

To access the Service, you must create an account using one of our supported authentication methods (Google, Microsoft, Apple, or email verification). You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

5. Payment and Pricing

Access to the Service requires a one-time payment of $97 USD (or such other price as may be displayed at the time of purchase). Payment is processed securely through Stripe. By making a purchase, you agree to Stripe's terms of service.

The purchase grants you lifetime access to the 90-day program content, including all coaching videos, the AI check-in system, and the project workspace. "Lifetime access" means for as long as the Service remains operational.

Prices are subject to change without notice, but any price changes will not affect purchases already completed.

6. Refund Policy

Not for you? 7-day refund, no questions asked. To request a refund, contact us at [email protected] within 7 days of purchase.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Share your account credentials or allow others to access the Service through your account
  • Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the Service, including coaching videos, without our prior written consent
  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
  • Attempt to interfere with, compromise, or disrupt the Service or its underlying infrastructure
  • Use automated systems (bots, scrapers, etc.) to access the Service
  • Submit false, misleading, or harmful content through the check-in system or any other input
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service

8. Intellectual Property

All content included in the Service — including but not limited to coaching videos, written materials, AI prompts, user interface design, graphics, logos, and software — is the property of Volition International Inc. or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of any content you create within the Service (project descriptions, check-in responses, reflections, etc.). By using the Service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to use your submitted content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service.

9. AI-Generated Content

The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate personalized coaching responses based on your check-in data and project information. AI-generated responses are provided for motivational and organizational purposes only. They do not constitute professional advice (medical, legal, financial, psychological, or otherwise). You acknowledge that AI responses may occasionally be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate, and you agree to use your own judgment when acting on any AI-generated suggestions.

10. Email and SMS Communications

By purchasing the Service, you consent to receive program-related emails, including daily reminders, weekly motivational messages, milestone notifications, and operational communications. You may opt out of non-essential emails through your account Settings at any time.

If you opt in to SMS notifications, you consent to receive text messages from us via Twilio at the phone number you provide. Message frequency varies based on your program activity. Standard message and data rates may apply. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message or adjusting your notification preferences in Settings. Consent to receive SMS is not a condition of purchasing the Service.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR COMPLETELY SECURE. WE MAKE NO GUARANTEES REGARDING THE RESULTS YOU MAY ACHIEVE THROUGH USE OF THE SERVICE. YOUR RESULTS DEPEND ON YOUR OWN EFFORT, COMMITMENT, AND CIRCUMSTANCES.

12. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, VOLITION INTERNATIONAL INC., ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING UNDER THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SERVICE.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Volition International Inc. and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

14. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Grounds for termination include, but are not limited to, violation of these Terms, abusive behavior, or fraudulent activity. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including intellectual property, limitation of liability, indemnification, and governing law.

15. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Nevada, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Clark County, Nevada. You consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

16. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using the Service.

17. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms shall otherwise remain in full force and effect.

18. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Volition International Inc. regarding your use of the Service and supersede all prior agreements, understandings, and communications, whether written or oral.
